Black Forest Ham and Swiss Stromboli (Schwarzwälder Schinken und Schweizer Stromboli)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 8 slices Black Forest ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
