Ingredients
- 250g squid ink noodles

- 1/2 tsp saffron threads
- 1 liter fish or seafood broth

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a paella pan or large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the grated tomatoes, smoked paprika, and saffron threads. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the squid ink noodles and mix well with the tomato mixture.
- Pour in the fish or seafood broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the mixed seafood to the pan and continue to cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the noodles are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
