Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tsp black pepper, crushed
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the ghee separates from the masala.
  5. Add the cubed cottage cheese, crushed black pepper, garam masala, and salt. Mix gently to coat the cottage cheese with the masala.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
