Black Raspberry Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups black raspberries
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, gently toss together the black raspberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice until the berries are coated.
- Line a 9-inch pie dish with one of the pie crusts. Pour the berry mixture into the crust and dot the top with pieces of butter.
- Place the second pie crust over the filling. Trim and crimp the edges, then cut a few slits in the top crust to vent steam.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Allow the pie to cool before serving.
