Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, pulse together the all-purpose flour, cold butter, granulated sugar, and salt until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan, covering the bottom and sides evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, powdered sugar, and almond extract. Spread this mixture over the chilled tart crust.
- In another bowl, gently toss the blackberries with cornstarch and granulated sugar. Arrange the blackberries over the almond mixture in the tart crust.
- Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the blackberries are bubbling.
