Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 pre-made pie crusts
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, gently toss together the blueberries, sugar, flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Line a 9-inch pie dish with one of the pie crusts. Pour the blueberry filling into the crust.
