Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the jasmine rice and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the chicken, garlic, and ginger to the pot and continue to simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
- Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
