Ingredients

  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 6 cups chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  2. Add the jasmine rice and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the chicken, garlic, and ginger to the pot and continue to simmer for an additional 20 minutes.
