Boerewors Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 boerewors sausage, cooked and sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle half of the grated mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
