Ingredients

- 6 cups water

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- In a bowl, mix the sorghum flour with 2 cups of water to form a smooth paste.
- Gradually add the sorghum mixture to the boiling water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the porridge thickens.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve the bogobe hot with sides of yogurt, cooked spinach, tomato and onion relish, and grilled chicken or beef.
