Ingredients
- 2 cups sorghum or maize flour
- 4 cups water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Gradually add the sorghum or maize flour to the boiling water, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer the mixture for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to a porridge-like consistency.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
