Bohemian Beef Stroganoff (Český hovězí Stroganoff)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
