Ingredients

  • 500g yellow noodles
  • 200g firm tofu, cut into cubes
  • 2 potatoes, boiled and mashed

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 1 cup fried shallots
  • 1 cup chopped spring onions

Instructions
