Ingredients

  • 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, calamari)
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly opaque.
  4. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
  5. Add the cherry tomatoes and cooked linguine to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
