Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork

  3. Place each bola bola on a piece of wax paper and arrange them on a plate.
  4. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
  5. Carefully place the bola bola in the pan and cook until all sides are browned and the meat is cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
