Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mashed bananas, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Add the milk gradually and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
