Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 burger buns

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher.
- Add the cooked quinoa, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
