Bolivian Quinoa And Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork or potato masher.
  2. Add the cooked quinoa, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
