Bolo Bao
Bolo bao, also known as pineapple bun, is a sweet and fluffy Hong Kong-style pastry that is popular in many Asian bakeries. The name "pineapple bun" is actually a misnomer as it does not contain any pineapple. The name comes from the crisscross pattern on the top of the bun, which resembles the skin of a pineapple.
