Ingredients
- 2 lbs grated cassava
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated cassava, coconut milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cake is set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing and serving.
