Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup grated paneer (Indian cottage cheese)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the grated paneer, chopped onion, tomato, green chili, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and chaat masala.
- Spread the paneer mixture on two slices of bread and cover with the remaining two slices to make sandwiches.
- Spread butter on the outsides of the sandwiches.
