Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, fresh coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly to make an omelette.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is set and golden brown.
  5. Flip the omelette and cook for another 2 minutes until the other side is cooked through.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining egg mixture to make another omelette.
  7. Transfer the omelettes to a plate, slice, and serve hot.
