Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 large potato, boiled and sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  3. Sprinkle chaat masala and red chili powder on the potatoes.
  4. Place a layer of onion and tomato slices on top.
  5. Drizzle tamarind chutney over the vegetables.
  6. Cover with the remaining slices of bread.
  7. Spread butter on the outsides of the sandwiches.
  8. Grill the sandwiches on a hot griddle until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with extra chutney on the side.
