Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies until the onions are translucent.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- Stir in the turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, and salt.
- Add the cooked rice and mix well with the shrimp and spices.
