Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
- Now, add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add the cooked rice and gently mix everything together, ensuring the rice is well coated with the vegetables and spices.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
