Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
  4. Now, add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add the cooked rice and gently mix everything together, ensuring the rice is well coated with the vegetables and spices.
