Bora Bai Muya (fried Rice With Chicken)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 500g chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3-4 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken pieces, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the chicken is tender.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the chicken mixture and mix well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
