Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 500g chicken, cut into small pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3-4 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the chicken is tender.
- Add the cooked rice to the chicken mixture and mix well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
