Ingredients
- 3 medium beets, peeled and grated
- 4 cups beef or vegetable broth

- 1 bay leaf

Instructions

- Add the beets, onion, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, garlic, bay leaf, and sugar to the pot.
