Ingredients
- 500g puff pastry
- 500g mushrooms, sliced
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, sauté the onions until translucent. Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and it evaporates.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the crumbled feta cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and line a greased tart pan with it. Trim any excess pastry.
- Spoon the mushroom mixture onto the pastry, then pour the egg and cheese mixture over the mushrooms.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until the tart is golden and set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
