Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked rice

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create a hollow space for the stuffing.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, rice, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff the zucchini halves with the meat and rice mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed zucchinis in a large pot and pour the tomato sauce and water over them.
  6. Cover the pot and cook on the stovetop over medium heat for 40 minutes, or until the zucchinis are tender and the filling is cooked through.
