Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create a hollow space for the stuffing.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, rice, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Stuff the zucchini halves with the meat and rice mixture.
- Place the stuffed zucchinis in a large pot and pour the tomato sauce and water over them.
- Cover the pot and cook on the stovetop over medium heat for 40 minutes, or until the zucchinis are tender and the filling is cooked through.
