Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion, garlic, and diced potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
