Bosnian Chicken and Rice Casserole (Bosanski Piletina sa Rižom)

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.

  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Return the chicken thighs to the pot.

  6. Once done, remove the pot from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
