Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 200g kaymak

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Shape the meat mixture into small sausages, about 3 inches long and 1 inch wide.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the Ćevapčići for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char on the outside.
  4. Serve the grilled Ćevapčići with a generous dollop of kaymak on the side.
