Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, ground beef, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
