Ingredients
- 1 bottle gourd, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced

- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add diced tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
- Add diced bottle gourd and salt. Mix well, cover, and cook until the bottle gourd is tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or bread.
