Ingredients
- 1 medium bottle gourd, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add green chilies and sauté for a minute.
- Add diced bottle gourd, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add water and cook until the bottle gourd is tender.
- Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
