Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
  4. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a round shape.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the pan as needed.
  7. Serve the savory millet pancakes hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
