Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the millet flour, chopped onion, diced tomato, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Add water gradually and mix until you have a smooth, thick batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it into a round shape.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the pan as needed.
- Serve the savory millet pancakes hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
