Bounty Beef Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Steamed rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Return the cooked beef to the skillet and toss to combine with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
