Ingredients

  • 6 sheets of puff pastry
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the feta cheese, spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place 3 sheets of puff pastry on the bottom of a greased baking dish, overlapping slightly.
  4. Spread half of the cheese and spinach mixture over the puff pastry.
  5. Top with the remaining 3 sheets of puff pastry.
  6. Spread the remaining cheese and spinach mixture over the top layer of puff pastry.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
