Braai Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup of raisins
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, red onion, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, white vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.
