Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, red onion, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, white vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
