Ingredients

  • 4 boerewors sausages, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups maize meal
  • 4 cups water
  • Salt to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Gradually add the maize meal, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
