Ingredients

  • 4 fresh abalones

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the abalones by scrubbing them under cold water to remove any impurities. Cut off the dark edges and trim the outer edge of the abalone. Rinse and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Set aside.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the abalones to the skillet and sear each side for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
