Ingredients
- 4 fresh abalones
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
- Prepare the abalones by scrubbing them under cold water to remove any impurities. Cut off the dark edges and trim the outer edge of the abalone. Rinse and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the abalones to the skillet and sear each side for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
- Pour the oyster sauce mixture and chicken broth into the skillet. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, or until the abalones are tender.
