Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken feet
- 3 tbsp black bean sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 slices ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Clean the chicken feet and trim the nails. Cut each foot into two or three sections.
- Heat a wok over medium heat and add the black bean sauce. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the green onions, ginger, and garlic. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken feet, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and salt. Stir well to coat the chicken feet with the sauce.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, or until the chicken feet are tender.
- Uncover the wok and continue to cook until the sauce thickens.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
