Ingredients

  • 300g fresh noodles
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Boil the fresh noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the wok, then pour the sauce mixture over the noodles. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced green onions and continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
