Ingredients
- 300g fresh noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Boil the fresh noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the cooked noodles to the wok, then pour the sauce mixture over the noodles. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the sliced green onions and continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Transfer the braised noodles to a serving dish and serve hot.
