Ingredients

  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours or until the pork is tender.
  4. Once the pork is tender, remove it from the pot and transfer to a serving dish.
  5. Continue to simmer the sauce until it thickens. Pour the thickened sauce over the pork before serving.
