Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sea cucumbers by cutting them open lengthwise and removing any innards. Rinse thoroughly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or deep skillet over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.
