  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Add the chopped onion to the pot and sauté until translucent. Add the minced garlic and caraway seeds, and cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in the chopped kale and vegetable broth. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the pot and let the kale simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the kale is tender, stir in the crispy bacon. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve the Brandenburg Kale hot, accompanied by boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
