Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape them into balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
  9. While the bread is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the powdered sugar and water until smooth.
