Ingredients
- 1 breadfruit, peeled and diced
- 1 pound prawns, peeled and deveined

- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup coconut milk

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the diced breadfruit for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
