Ingredients
- 1 cup breadfruit, boiled and mashed
- 1 cup saltfish, boiled and flaked

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, egg, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
