Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadfruit, boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup saltfish, boiled and flaked

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed breadfruit, flaked saltfish, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, egg, milk, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the flour mixture into the breadfruit and saltfish mixture, and stir until well combined.
