Ingredients
- 2 cups breadfruit flour
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the breadfruit flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the coconut milk, melted coconut oil, and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
