Ingredients

  • 2 cups breadfruit flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the breadfruit flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the coconut milk, melted coconut oil, and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
