  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, feta cheese, onion, eggs, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place one sheet of phyllo pastry on a clean surface and brush it lightly with oil.
  3. Place a spoonful of the spinach and feta mixture in the center of the pastry sheet.
  4. Fold the pastry sheet over the filling to form a triangle, then continue folding in a triangle shape until the end of the sheet.
