Ingredients

Instructions

- Pour the brine over the brisket, making sure it is fully submerged.
- Seal the bag or cover the container and refrigerate for at least 24 hours, or up to 48 hours.
- Remove the brisket from the brine, rinse it thoroughly with cold water, and pat it dry before cooking.
